Multimodal Transportation Projects
Aspire has a long history of experience with multimodal transportation projects, at the state, federal and private levels. Learn more about this recent award to the Borough of Seven Springs, Pennsylvania, the highest Borough in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The project, managed by Michele, will add additional job growth in Western Pennsylvania, while adding streamlined access for pedestrians, cyclists, vehicles and the propane bus fleet operated by Seven Springs Mountain Resort. In addition, the plan supports sustainability of the Laurel Highlands, and integrates rain gardens, efficient lighting and native greenscape.
The Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation
Aspire is pleased to have created a platform that in one year, magically multiplied the Pens investment of $312,500 into $895,500.

Pittsburgh International Airport
The new cargo facility is being funded in part through the U.S Department of Transportation’s BUILD (Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development) program, which supports investments in transportation infrastructure. In November 2019, the agency awarded an $24.4 million grant to PIT to support the construction of Cargo 4 on the northwest side of the airfield.

Food For Less
Aspire Grant & Development, LLC has authored several economic impact models for this project, all of which have been on target with estimated impacts as cited by City leadership. In February of 2022, Ms. Barbara Francis, Albany’s economic development manager, said since the soft opening of the discounted grocery store, unemployment in Albany has decreased, with the store hiring 67 part-time and 30 full-time employees.

The Lower Hill Redevelopment
Aspire Grant & Development, LLC is honored to serve as a development partner for the Lower Hill Redevelopment, City of Pittsburgh Allegheny County, leading grant identification, writing and management since 2018. In this role, Aspire is proud to have secured over $15 million in public and private awards to advance the project’s mission of equitable urban renewal.
